COVID GUIDANCE

All participants are expected to follow the Government guidelines regarding social distancing/hygiene etc whilst attending any of our classes.

As per government guidance, masks are not required while participating in routines.

Please acquaint yourselves with signs within the premises of the various venues and please comply with their regulations.

We would ask that if you are suffering any covid symptoms or any cold or flu symptoms that could be passed onto others NOT to attend until you are feeling better.

New and Returning Members Offer & Introduce a Friend - Reduced Priced Loyalty Cards

Terms and Conditions

1.   Available to DanceDundee.Com members only. New members can purchase the reduced price Loyalty Card no later than their second visit. Returning members can purchase the reduced price Loyalty Card on their first return visit but not after.

2.   Lost / damaged or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded by DanceDundee, & is sole responsibility of purchaser

3.   Cards do not guarantee admission e.g: if classes are full,  if you are late for class or if you turn up under the influence of alcohol or other substances

4.   Offer is subject to availability

5.   This offer has no cash value alternative

6.   8 classes guaranteed but expiry dates (8 weeks from date of purchase) on the card refer to the time limit for the last 2 free classes to be used by. (free classes can only be used after all 8 guaranteed classes are used on the card)

7.   DanceDundee reserve the right to withdraw the offer from sale at anytime but will honour any existing purchases

8.   Strictly Non Transferable and their use will be strictly monitored for any missuse.

9.   Your friend (being introduced) can be a new, non member or an existing member who has not attended any of our classes within the last 6 months (excluding class closure period from March 2020 to September 2021)

10.   Existing members can only purchase the discounted card if the new member being introduced takes up the offer by buying a reduced card when submitting their completed PARQ form. 

11.   A completed PARQ and free membership form MUST be completed, unless one has been previously submitted and on file.   

12.  DanceDundee will not be held responsible for cancelled classes / venue closures due to either bad weather conditions or circumstances outwith our control.

13. A free Loyalty Card will be given to any member who introduces a friend who qualifies and buys a new member card and who then renews that card. Only 1 free card will be issued for the first renewal by the friend introduced, further renewals by the same member do not entitle further free cards There is no limit to the number of friends that can be introduced.

Unlimited Visit 4 Week Monthly Pass - Terms and Conditions

1.   Available to DanceDundee members only

2.  Photographs and signature of buyer may be obtained by DanceDundee as proof of purchase.

3.   Offer is subject to availability

4.   This offer has no cash value alternative

5.   Non transferable between other DanceDundee members.

6.   DanceDundee reserve the right to withdraw the offer from sale at anytime but will honour any existing purchases

7.   Expiry dates on the card will be strictly adhered to

Free Taster Session - Terms and Conditions

1.  This offer is valid to Non DanceDundee Members who have not previously attended a DanceDundee.Com class to which the taster session applies.

2.  Only one application per mobile number is allowed

3.  Applicants must be (aged 16 yrs or over to receive free taster for Zumba) and must be (aged 12 yrs or over to receive free taster for Fitsteps)

4.  Successful applicants will receive an entry code by text, which must be presented to a DanceDundee staff member, upon entry to the class

5.   The entry code received, is valid for one calender month from day of receipt

6.   The entry code received is valid only at the advertised class or classes

7.   The entry code can only be used once and will be invalid after use

8.   Applicant's personal details will be required before entry to class by completion of a downloaded PARQ form.

9.   Applicant will be asked to sign register to acknowledge entry has been granted against the code offered.

All Participants Disclaimer

1.   The Instructors accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any participants / non participants, or to the personal property of any participant / non participant or to any person accompanying whether by invitation or otherwise) who enters upon the instructor's premises for whatever purpose and whether such loss, damage or injury is caused directly or indirectly by the instructors, their servants or agents.

2.   Every participant in a daily class by their attendance hereto warrants that to the best of their knowledge and belief they are suffering from no physical disability or illness whether or not such disability or illness is or may be affected by exercise of whatever degree, and further warrants to advise the instructors if, after becoming a member they such suffer from such disability or illness and every participant by their attendance agrees to indemnify the instructors class in respect of any disability or illness whether suffered in the class or otherwise.

3.   By participating in a Dance or Fitness class, every participant agrees to abide by our rules and regulations and understands the management reserves the right to refuse entry should these be contravened.
